ORDER
How to place an order?
To place an order, it's very simple. Just go to the page of the product you are interested in, then click on add to cart and follow the steps to finalize the order.
Is it possible to modify an order?
Once you have validated your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it. If you wish to add a precision on the delivery address (excluding postal code), you will have to contact us as soon as possible to see if the modification is still possible.
How do I track my order?
To track your order, you must log in to your personal space, under “my orders”.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
To use your discount code, you must enter the code in the box provided for this purpose on the payment page.

What payment method do you accept?
We offer you the option of paying for your orders by credit card, Paypal or payment in 3 installments free of charge with our partner SCALAPAY.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
If you have changed your mind, you have the possibility to return the product to us within 14 days. To do this, you will need to contact us so that we can give you the instructions to follow.

All our products have a 2-year legal guarantee.
What is covered under warranty?
Malfunctions resulting from a manufacturing defect in the product are covered by the 2-year legal warranty.
Malfunctions resulting from improper use of the product are not covered by the warranty.
