Delivery

NEW: You have the possibility to have your order delivered to other EU countries. Depending on the country, delivery costs start from €7.5.

Please note: This page gives you information for delivery to Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

We offer delivery to mainland France (including Corsica), delivery to the French overseas departments and territories is not available at the moment. We do not currently offer delivery to a relay point, but we are working on it.

Notes : Please remember to enter your email address and leave a valid phone number. This will be necessary for us to send you the order tracking steps or allow the driver to contact you if necessary.

How does delivery work?

We work with different carriers depending on the products selected.

  1. Colis Privé: Delivery by Colis Privé is made directly by hand and against signature.
  2. Colissimo: Delivery by Colissimo is made directly to the mailbox if its dimensions allow it, otherwise it will be delivered to you in person .
  3. GLS: In some cases, it is GLS that will deliver to you. Delivery is then made in person and against signature .

If delivery is made in person and you are not present on the day of delivery, a delivery notice will be left and you must follow the instructions given on the delivery notice.
Please note that Colissimo will attempt a second delivery if you are not there during the first attempt. If this new attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be left at a relay point.

You then have 7 days to receive the product . After this date, the product will be returned to us. In this case, you will need to contact us.

It is strongly recommended to check the product in the presence of the delivery driver. If you notice any problem, you have the possibility to note it on the delivery slip, or if the product is damaged, refuse it.

In this case, you must contact us as soon as possible to notify us.
If you notice that the product is damaged after the delivery driver has left, you must contact us within 48 hours. Remember to take photos of the damaged products. We will need this to note the anomalies and offer you solutions (either a replacement or a refund).

IMPORTANT: The mention " subject to unpacking " has no legal value. The detailed reservation must be indicated so that a dispute file can be opened with the carrier.
